ADS1294- Proximity of electrodes in ECG system

Can these devices can be used in a close-proximity, 2-electrode configuration? Our application uses very small packaging.

Hi Sean,

The new ADS1292 may be a better fit for a two electrode configuration. Could you elaborate a little more about what you mean when you say close-proximity? Do you mean that the chip will be placed very close to the electrode or something else?

Tony,

Thanks for the quick repsonse. By close proximity I mean the (2 or 3) electrodes will be fairly close to one another, within 4-6” because of the size of our unit. Will this still work? Will there be any challenges?
