Hello,

After several attempts at installing/re-installing the drivers i could not get the GUI to find the EVM using the connect button. I kept getting the message below. However, when i went into Options>>Serial Port and manually selected COM4, i was able to connect to the board/ADC but i could NOT read or write to registers. I did make some data conversions but they looked sketchy.

(I can confirm that i downloaded the drivers from SBAC253 and observed the board showed up in device manager as MSP432 USB Serial Port (COM4) when connected

    Thank you for your interest in our precision ADCs. Here are some questions about the installations.

    1) Have you installed the Firefox or Chrome extension and TI cloud agent?


    2) Are you installing the drivers with admin rights?
    3) Are you installing the drivers with the EVM plugged into the computer? Some users have reported that they had to have the EVM unplugged for the driver to install properly.
    4) Have you tried different USB ports on your computer?
