The VIH and VIL spec is based on condition where AVDD=DVDD=3.3V.
Is there any way to estimate VIH, VIL threshold when AVDD=DVDD=3.0V?
(For example, something like VIH = 0.8xVDD, VIL=0.2xVDD)
Also Is the setup and hold time spec change with AVDD, DVDD value?
