AFE5809EVM: AFE5809EVM and DATACONVERTERPRO-SW (HSDC Pro ) communication issue. Data is not being received by HSDC PRO from AFE.

Hello Texas Instruments Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with data capture using the AFE5809EVM connected to the TSW1400EVM via High Speed Data Converter Pro (HSDC Pro v6.0).

Hardware Setup & Configuration:

  • AFE5809EVM Supplies: Dedicated separate supply at +5V, -5V and 3A.

  • TSW1400EVM Supplies: Dedicated separate supply at +5V and 6A.

  • Clock Source: Valid clock provided properly from the ADC (tested with both onboard and external sources).

  • Firmware: TSW1400EVM successfully programmed with the AFE5809_14x firmware.

  1. After firmware programming, USER_LED4 and USER_LED5 on the TSW1400EVM do not glow, while all other LEDs in that column remain illuminated.(USER_LED2 is glowing)

  2. When attempting a data capture in HSDC Pro, the software throws a "DDR to file time  out error".

Please find the attached screenshot for reference. Could you please advise on how to resolve this LED status issue and fix the DDR to file time out error?
