Hi team,
When performing playback tests using the DAC39RF10 evaluation board paired with the TSW14J59, we control the setup via the accompanying GUI. The JESD link keeps failing. Please refer to the GUI message shown in the figure for the error prompt.
The DAC39RF10 is configured with the default clock chain. We have probed the differential clock signal from the FMC connector to the FPGA clock pins using a differential probe and confirmed that clock is present. We are confused why the link cannot establish. Could you advise on better troubleshooting approaches?
