1.Please help check the schematic diagram.

2. What are the requirements for the connection between electrodes and PCB boards? Is direct welding possible? Can we still use FPC connections with a spacing of 0.5mm?

Thank you for your post.

Please refer to the ADS1299 datasheet and EVM User Guide to check your schematic for basic connections and component requirements.

Header pins are available to connect electrode inputs, but soldering wires or attaching an adapter for other cables must be done at your own risk.
