I am able to consistently send configuration data to the chip and read out what I’ve written.
However...
I’m unable to read accurate measurements from the chip. I always read 0xFFFC (-4) on both channels 0 & 1. I have channel 0 floating right now, but channel 1 is tied to a 2V voltage reference. The problem seems to be the End of Conversion (EOC) pin never changes state. I am setting the CONVST pin low for 10us.
I've attempted various configurations (including the default configuration for reference) and clock speeds, but they don't seem to make a difference.

In your previous post regarding the ADS7280, you mentioned that you were having CPOL/CPHA issues. If you can get us screen shots of your SPI lines from that, we can start to work on the EOC issues. Let us know how you are configuring the CFR and how you have the ADS7280 powered (perhaps you can share your schematic?).
