Hi Tom,

I'm trying to  use  an ADS8363 at 1Msps in a single-ended input from 0-5V. After checking the answer, I still have some questions. As an ADS8363 has internal 2.5V reference source, why can't we connect REFIO1 to CHXXN and  set REFIO1 effective to change the input range to 0-5V.

    Hi Xiangli,

    With the ADS8363 configured as a differential input, you should be able to drive the (+) input from 0-5V using the internal REF (at +2.5V) wrapped back to the (-) input of the converter.  Perhaps I am misunderstanding your question though.  Please feel free to elaborate and provide any schematics and/or screen shots of the digital control lines that you might feel may help us elp you get to a quicker resolution of your problem.
