i am working with ddc114 which is developed  by my company...  we  communicate with atmel processor and  i configured the high format to get 20-bit data... i am getting the value for the current input from my source about (0-175)nA . the value for 0 and 175 the output data is 0 and FFFFF resp. but for the input is below (175 to 155)nA, it is nearly (80-100)%fs and for input  of 145nA it is suddenly drop  to (20-30) %fs..plz guide me for further proceeding and my configuration to ddc114 is Range -7 and integration time  2 msec we also changed the configuration, it is almost giving the same value...

    Welcome to the forum!  The DDC products are actually supported by the Medical/High Reliability group.  I will transfer the post to the correct forum.

    One thing I noticed is 155nA should be closer to 90% of full scale, so the results appear to be non-linear throughout.  I would double check the source you are using to make sure that the response is remaining linear as you adjust it.  There may be an issue with inadequate feed back for the current source to remain at a constant level.
