When I switch input, DRDY pulses come in 63 ms after RDATAC command, as if after SYNC or calibration. Is it correct behavior? There is nothing written in datasheet about it.

    Hi Sergey,

    Welcome to the forum!

    Yes, switching the channels in the multiplexer will reset the modulator.  After a register write operation, the ADC resets, resulting in an interruption of 63 readings.  If you are running at 1kSPS, this would account for the 63ms delay. 

    There is a note about this on the register write operation on page 36.
