I am now involved in a field failure investigation of the IC TVP51510AM1, I noticed that if i were to do a diode voltage meaurement(using DMM) , the good IC give me a measurement of +0.5V while two bad IC give me OL measurement. Any one have any experience on this . The IC is used in PCTV330E for video decoding. What could have cause the failure on this resetB line. Thanks
