TVP5151 Ghosting in video image

We are using TVP5151, when we have PAL input, we do not see any problem, but when we have NTSC video input, we see some kind of ghosting video image, it happens about 50% of the time and if we reset the power of the board, it may fix the issue. 

Any suggestion?

    That may be the chroma/luma sync issue, I also meet this on our board(tvp5151-->adv7179). by adjust the register 07h bit 0~3 can saw the ghost will gone. but that's not a constant value for thi when each time reset.

    I guess the tvp5151 has bug on color sub-carriar, I ever tried the patch code, the problem still exist.
