I am looking for a LDO in MIL temperature grade (-55 to +125 degreee) for generating a 1.2V, 3.5Amps from 1.3V supply.
The input supply can be changed to 1.8V if that much capable LDO is not available.
Can any one specify a part number with my requirement ?
