                    We are using ADS1258MPHPTEP ,TPS3813K33MDBVREP ,TPS3803-01MDCKREP in our new design. We are doing thermal analysis for these

components.So we need the Theta-ja (θja) Junction-to-Ambient Temperature for these components.Please help us.
