ADS4129 Junction to case (top) thermal resistance number

Dear Team:

Our customer used ADS4129, and wanted to know Junction to case (top) thermal resistance number.

But datasheet don't show that.

Please tell me the number.

Follow the thermal information table listed in the ADS4128 datasheet. This is more up to date and includes the top thermal resistance. These thermal parameters will be the same for all ADS41xx part numbers.
