latest purchase of TVP5150AM1 gives shaky and wrong colour video images

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TVP5150AM1

Dear TI Support:

We found our newly purchased TVP5150AM1 is giving shaky pictures (moving video shows shaking feeling as if the shooting camera is shaking) and totally wrong colour results like this MPEG1 file https://hotfile.com/dl/161174979/8e6bc43/TVP5150AM1BadVideo.mpg.html or this still image https://hotfile.com/dl/161175045/7e9c1a1/TVP5150AM1_wrong_image.jpg.html.

We have been using TVP5150AM1 in different situations and even on this same PCB previously without this problem. We found the TVP5150AM1 IC marking of this latest purchase (June 2012) is different from all previous purchases: the latest TVP5150AM1 IC has "1BT CDEX" as the 2nd and 3rd lines on the IC after the 1st line "5150AM1", while the previously purchased ICs have "52T DXXY" or "6AT AH38" or "54T C3L5" as the 2nd and 3rd lines after the 1st line "5150AM1": the TI distributor at ShenZhen China from whom we purchased these "1BT CDEX" marking said they now only have these same "1BT CDEX" ICs: we wish to know what is wrong with these "1BT CDEX" marking TVP5150AM1 ? Can we apply some latest patch code to fix this wrong colour problem?

The TVP5150AM1 ICs (regardless 2nd and 3rd lines markings on the IC surface) we are using are always reading their registers 0x80~0x83 as 0x51500400: according to TI's document "TVP5150AM1 Patch Code Download Guidelines" at http://www.ti.com/lit/an/slea093/slea093.pdf, they are un-patched ICs: will some patching  fix this problem? If so, which TVP5150AM1 patch code should we apply and from where can we receive the patch code? If not, what could be wrong with these TVP5150AM1 ???

P.S. We have applied the latest TVP5150AM1 Patch Code 0x8C(TVP5150A_v048CAA.zip) downloaded from http://software-dl.ti.com/dsps/dsps_public_sw/dsps_swops_houston/ANALOG_VIDEO/Analog_Video_Decoder_Versions.htm and verified our TVP5150AM1 ROM Ver is now 0x8C (read register 0x83), and this does NOT solve the problem, video from TVP5150AM1 is still showing wrong colour and shaking.
