TVP7002 - customized resloution

Dear All,

can I use the TVP7002 to handling customized resolution with unusual H freq - (resolution 305x280, Hfreq 15.66kHZ with dot time about 150ns).

I found in the datasheet that the minimum dot freq (controlled by PLL) is 12MHz. In my case is much lower.
