I try to evaluate the temperature drift on a ADS1259EVM. If I apply the reference voltage to the ADS1259 input I get consistent readings of 2.4974V (4 digits stable) for temperatures between 27C to 52C (the entire board is heated up to 52C).
However, if I apply an external +/-1V voltage between INN1 and INP1 of the PGA280 and I heat up the reference voltage area only to 52C there is a 2% variation in the voltages read at 27C and 52C. What could be the explanation for such a large drift?
The ADS1259 is configured for 60SPS and SYNC2 enabled and the PGA280 has a gain of 1.
