Comparator/ADC circuit help

Hello,

I have 16 charge pump (CP) outputs at 8V that I need to measure. Since I am running out of measuring instruments, I am planning to have a comparator at the output of the charge pump and give me a digital out on whether the CP is at 8V or lower. But this loading of the comparator on the charge pump should be really small (in fA ). What IC's do I use in this applciation? Is there a better way of doing this with a multi-channel ADC?

Thanks in advance for your support.

Rgds,
