In "ADS1271EVM & ADS1271EVM-PDK User's Guide",it is said that "ADS1271 converters on board illustrate use of daisy-chain mode".If so, can I use these two A/D chips as a whole and input the analog signal by the J4.1(Auxiliary Signal Input 1 - Positive terminal, Pg 3) and J5.2(Auxiliary Signal Input 2 - Negative terminal, Pg 3)? Thanks

    Hi Yixi,

    The ADS1271EVM provides 'daisy chain' capability by virtue of having two devices on the board.  These would be independent data converters though, you could not apply a differential signal between the two devices as if they were a single ADC.
