Can anyone tell me where I can get the part 'ADS1298CGXGR' mentioned in the BOM for the ADS1298ECG-FE released by TI.

Hi Ismail,

The ADS1298 Users Guide has a small typographical error, the correct order-able part number is ADS1298CZXGR.

Hi Tom,

For the Gerbers available for the Rev C. board of ADS1298 and the bill of materials of the same board, Is the 'ADS1298CZXGR' you told me compatible?. It is a NFBGA package whereas i believe a TQFP package IC goes on that board. Also tell me which ADS1298 and ADS1198 ICs are compatible with the gerbers of the Rev. C board.

Hi Ismail,

The TQFP orderable part number is going to be ADS1298IPAG or ADS1198CPAG - both of these devices are compatible with the REVC ADS1298ECGFE-PDK Gerber files.
