High Reverse Bias PIN DIODE RF Switch Solution?

My application requires to present a RF Broadband Open Circuit through a reversed-bias PIN Diode and in series with a bank of CAPS selected through a RF Switch using PIN Diode to steer the angle around the open circuit.

The peak RF voltage is around 77V, which means I need to reverse bias it by at least -77V.

Any TI recommendation for my DRIVER circuit? The Forward current can range from 50 to 100mA.
