IP network camera

Hi Sir/Madam,

We have got the IP network camera from TI only.

But when we see the bitrate of the Video in VLC then we only get 1Mbps of bitrate even though we configure the bitrate to 2Mbps or above(we tried till 8Mbps).

The IP network camera which we are using is DM368MT5.
