ADS1278EVM & ADCpro - lost connection VERY often

Are you using the Continous data collection mode?

I have tested both of them - Continuous and Acquire. They have same behaviour - after some quantity of measurements application hangs. Sometimes it sets message about some error in LabView class, sometimes just hangs. It happens with any sets of ADC channels, speed modes (low power, precision) ect. Sometimes application looses communication before any measurements, right in setting options process.

We have noticed that sometimes there is a problem with the Continuous data collection, but not normally with the Single Acquisition.  We are trying to work through this problem to determine the issue.

Additionally I have to say that all versions of ADCpro sometimes (in hanging process) occupy all computer's memory. I need to launch Windows Task Manager before ADCpro because after ADCpro hanging, Task Manager launching lasts very long time. I thing this is not normal. Also I tested  ADCpro in VMware Player (only ADCpro installed) with same results.

I have checked USB traffic between ADCpro and ADS1278EVM by USB monitoring programm USBlyser. Log files are attached, their names explain stages, reached in communication process.  Perhaps they will be useful for you to understand problem reason.

Do you have some simple application to test ADS1278EVM and MMB0 for understanding is problem in hardware/firmware or in software ADCpro/Windows? 

I also have the same exact issue - Win XP.

Anything that I can do to solve the issue ?
