Hi Longchang,

The values listed in the datasheet were created with the early thermal standards that we had. We have submitted a request for a model created with the new improved thermal standards. I'll update you when it is complete.

The results of the new model are below:

Theta JA - High K: 27.1
Theta JC, top: 12.1
Theta JB: 4.0
Psi JT: 0.2
Psi JB: 4.0
Theta JC, bottom: 0.6
