AFE5808 SPI Programming

I've got a technical question about the AFE5808AEVM boards.

 I'm trying to program the board without using USB. the AFE5808 chip supports SPI but it looks like there are some other signals going back and forth when it's being programmed.

    Paul,

    The main SPI signals are SEN, SDATA and SCLK.  These are the only signals required to write to the registers.  Additionally, PDN_FAST_VCA, PDN_FAST_ADC, and PDN_GLOBAL are also USB signals that go to the device.
