Hi,
Is there programming driver for Wavevision under Windows 7 64 bit. I am trying to interface a ADC12D1800RFRB. Also, anyone can direct me to somewhere I can find information about programming this board under Linux?
Thanks,

Hi Xundong,
The ADC12D1800RFRB does work under Windows 7 64 bit; we have also tried this in the lab. For driver support, see the Software Driver Installation Guide at:
http://www.ti.com/tool/wavevision5
Regretfully, there is no current support for programming under Linux.
Kind regards,
Marjorie
Hi Marjorie,
Thanks for the information. The ADC12D1800RFRB did work under Windows 7 64 bit for me. However, I would like to do some my own programming with the 64 bit driver came with the Wavevision5, though there are no head files ( for 64 bits) . I did notice a design note titled as "Using the WaveVision 5 API/DLL to capture data from ADC1XDXXXX(RF)RB evaluation modules." , but that's for 32 bit driver. Is that possible for you to make the 64 bit programming interface accessible.
Thank you,
Hi Xundong
This related E2E thread (link below) may have some information to help you utilize the Windows 64 driver. Several other customers have already worked through this issue:

I hope this is helpful. Jim B
Hi Dave
The Wavevision tool is no longer being actively developed or enhanced. For that reason I don't expect we will ever have a Linux version available.
Best regards,
