Hai,

I am using OR gate 54LS32 in one of my circuits. I am facing a problem. At the input pin 1.5 V DC is present when there is no input given. What could be the reason?

    Avv,

    Floating inputs in digital circuits is not recommended.   Input state on high impedance input cannot be known and can oscillate.  Please reference following:
