Hello,
I have a product which includes TVP7002PZP. Unfortunately its (TVP7002PZP) temperature range 0...+70 is not enough, it's overheated.
I am thinking of the replacement TVP70025i, its range +85, junction temperature +110. Is it the full sense replacement, functionally, pin compatible, etc.?
Please, advice.
