16Bit ADC with a 320 MHz Sample CLock

I have a customer request for a 16Bit ADC with a 320 MHz Sample CLock.  Do you have anything coming out in the next half of the year?

If so can I get some preliminary data on the part: performance , schedule of engineering samples and production samples,  price and datashet?

Or can I get what is available and a schedule when more information will become available.
