Hi community,
I bought ADS1x7xEVM-PDK ( the EVM is 6492525 PWB REV E, BOM REV E and the MMB0 is 6462011 BOM REV D ) and installed software for them but I failed. So I decided use ADS1x7xEVM without MMB0 ( I just connect to MMB0 for power supply).
I have already read datasheet SBAU197 (for ADS1x7xEVM-PDK) but it's not so clear. I've tried to set up hardware ADS1x7xEVM but I'm still not sure.
Here are my setting:
1) I connect all pins J5 of MMB0 to all pins J5 of ADS1x7xEVM respectively.
2) For S2: a) I switched S2.3 (CLKDIV) up for setting to 1
b) I also switched up S2.2 for choosing MODE = 01 (High-Resolution) and S2.5 up for choosing FORMAT = 010 (SPI, Descrete)
3) JP3 is opened for input buffer powered up ==>> so I switched S8 (CH1) to right ( I need only one channel).
4) Also JP3 and JP5 are opened for HW control and Internal Clock source selected.
Can you show me what should I do if I need external clock ? (or how can I connect SPI Clock to Clock source of ADS1274 if I need FSCLK/FCLK ratio = 1)
5) I switched S6 up for SPI using.
Can anyone please ensure me for my setting?
