In AMC7812's datasheet, it's said for this thermal pad, shape and size shown on seperate sheet.

So, where is this seperate sheet?

Check the pages after the one that you noted. Page 89 should have the dimensions and page 90 should show the recommended land pattern.

Your reply remind me that my datasheet is too old, even it have same version number as the online one.
