Hi Arun,
The MMB0 was not designed to be used as a development tool so we do not have the means to support code outside of the files supplied with the ADS1299EEGFE-PDK. If you have Code Composer Studio and an emulator such as the XDS510, you could design and use your own software with the ADS1299. J8 on the MMB0 is used for the JTAG interface to the TMS320VC5507 found on that board, you can find schematics for it here:

The source code has since been published and available for download through the EVM's product page which you can find at this link. The EVM firmware for the C5x DSP is written in C and the GUI software is written in LabVIEW.
