ADS1243SKGD1 XCEPT package

I'm planning to use ADS1243SKGD1 XCEPT package. Pins 2 and 3 show 'Connect to substrate'. Is it the same as GND on the backside mounting pad (or the VDD on pad number 1). Do you have any extra documentation (specs) that would help me to layout and assemble this die?

Richard, as you say pins 2 and 3 are connected to the substrate. In the packaged part, this substrate pad is left floating.

The data sheet for this part states 'Connect to substrate' not 'Connected to substrate'. 'Connect to substrate' implies that I have to connect these pins to something. Are they fully floating in the packaged part (not conencted to anything)?

In the packaged part, these 2 bond pads are connected to the mount pad (substrate) and yes, the mount pad is floating.
