proper ADC for 5 1/2 digits multimeter

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PGA280, ADS1259

So the target is 5 1/2 DC  voltmeters, +/- 199999 counts, +/- 2 volts full scale; Please help me to choose proper precision ADC for this job ! For the first try  i will chose ADS1259 + PGA280 as front end ! 24 bits will be overkill for this job?
