Some time back we have got a ECG FE from TI.
Its details are :

Rev A3 (c)2009
Chipset: ADS1298

We are integrating this FE with our processor board for testing through SPI interface.
As the FE is not functioning, we have probed using CRO for the signals and found that there is no transition at Dout sigal point on FE.

Please advice how to proceed with this.

    Hi Vignesh,

    Have they had this chip working in systems the last 2-3 years or is this the first time they are evaluating.

    Once everything is up and running, probe the /DRDY to see if they see pulses on an oscilloscope. That would be first indication if the device is up and running or not.
