ADS131E04 internal op amp and reference

Hi,

For outside voltage reference, with internal reference enabled, can I use the internal opamp as a buffer (gain=1) and connect its input (OPAMPP) to its internal reference output (VREFP)? I notice the opamp load current typical value is 50uA.

Hi Ming,

The internal op amp is there to let you do what you need. Are you asking if you can take the internal reference out, use the OPAMP to buffer it so that you can drive an external load. You are able to do that if that is your question.
