CDCM7005-SP HFG-52 Package Data

The link for the mechanical data on the HFG packages does not show a 52 lead version. The CDCM7005-SP is in a HFG-52... can someone point me to where the mechanical data sheet is? Thanks!

Hi Richard. This is non-standard package so its not marked as preferred & visable externally. The outline was on the data sheet but I see now its removed and we are working to get it back in. In the mean time the link is here http://proddms.itg.ti.com/stage/lit/ml/mpqf235c/mpqf235c.pdf
