Can you please clarify what you are looking for when you request an "ADC simulator"? Are you looking for an EVM/software like http://www.ti.com/tool/ads1271evm-pdk?

Hi Greg,

The eval board and software would be very helpful. But I was curious if there was an all software simulator that could provide predictions for THD, noise, etc., for various input signals and sampling rates.

The evaluation board and software is going to be your best option in terms of giving you an idea of the performance of the devices.
