When tvp5158 is configured in normal mode, and there is no input camera, does it mean that it will not output any frames ?

    Ran,

    TVP5158 can interrupt the host whenever a change in the input signal (becomes weak or appears). in order to use it there is a need to add a software patch. The software patch can be obtained from http://software-dl.ti.com/dsps/dsps_public_sw/dsps_swops_houston/ANALOG_VIDEO/Analog_Video_Decoder_Versions.htm. See version TVP5158_v020302.zip
