ADS1278 PDK Need Help

I purchase a ADS1278 PDK. But it is only a little time work well.  There are too may problem. Most of them are transfer data interrupt, DSP failed, hardware failed. Some times one channel does not work, but multi channels work well.  Please help me to fix the issue ASAP.

    Haixian -

    There is a known issue associated with this plug-in that randomly the data collection fails with the errors that you are seeing.  We usually see it appear when using the Continuous data collection mode, and not as much with the single acquisition mode.  Unfortunately, at this time, we have been unable to track down the root cause for this problem.  We will continue to try and determine what the problem is, but this will most likely take some time since it does not appear to be a simple fix.

    Thank you for your respond. I have solved  the issue. The problem is that the R32-A of ADS1278 EVM plug in board was connecting to the USB shell of MMB0 board. I isolate it. Every thing is OK. It work is well and stability. The hardware design engineer need take care here.
