I use a LM4050AIM-4.1 as a reference to ADC. At -25°C, the reference delivers only 2.7V during 60 to 90s (time depend of temperature). After this time, the reference becomes nominal at 4.1V . At ambiant Temperature, all is OK. The ref. is polarised with 300uA.
Is this warmup normal?
