Hi,

I'd like to ask about the note (2) for the offset error on ADS1247 D/S page 3 as follows,

"Offset calibration on the order of noise." 

What does this mean?

    When you run the offset calibration it is basically a series of samples averaged together.  Noise will affect the actual result, so the value of offset remaining will be within the noise associated with the measurement.  The faster the data rate the higher the noise.  If you look at Table 3 of the datasheet you will see the levels of noise associated with gain and data rate.
