Suspected bug in the software for ADS1299EEG-FE EVM

I have installed ads1299-eeg-fe-1.0.2.exe and used the ADS1299EEG-FE EVM.

I have tried to set BIAS_SENSP and BIAS_SENSN of each channels by BIAS_SENSP and BIAS_SENSN. If I disable/enable all BIAS_SENSP and BIAS_SENSN bits all together, it works. However, if I try to set the BIAS_SENSP and BIAS_SENSN bits of each channel individually by clicking the oval buttons one by one, it looks like the BIAS_SENN bits as shown in register map stuck at 0 (register has been refreshed already).

Please see the figures below. I suppose all the bits in the red boxes should be 1. Am I right? Can any member from TI help to update the software if it is a problem? Thanks a lot!

I encounter exactly the same bug -- they should fix it. There is a major confusion in the source code between labels "BIASSENSP" and "BIAS_SENSP", causing the bug you describe (and also "BIASSENSN" and "BIAS_SENSN"). The underscore is important in some instances. As a quick fix, rename the controls (in the source code) that you highlighted in red from "BIASSENSP" to "BIAS_SENSP" and "BIASSENSN" to "BIAS_SENSN") -- that fixed the issue for me, but causes a register mismatch warning. Urgh.

Thank you for the feedback regarding this issue. We have track down the source of this problem and as you noted, there is a bug in the software. We will take corrective action to resolve this error and update the software.

I also encounter the same problem. Did you find a solution? Before starting to design my own EEG board with ADS1299, I want to perform some tests with the EVM.
