Hi,

I am using ADS1278 converter using SPI protocol. The ADS1278 CLK is 27 MHz and for SCLK, I am providing the 20 MHz clock from microcontroller MCF52259.

I am experiencing some problem. The ADS1278 is not giving me DRDY/FSYNC signal.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

    How is the device connected/setup?  Specifically, what are the format pins set?

    You might want to review Format and Serial Interface Protocols section of the datasheet (page 30 - 32) to ensure you are setting up the device correctly for your desired mode of operation.  If you are in Frame Sync format, you will have to supply a signal to the DRDY/SYNC pin vs SPI format.
