Hi,

I am not able the spice model for ths5641 dac. Can any one please fwd me the link to search for the spice model of this IC.

Hi,

We do not have spice models for this DAC. If you want to model the output current source and use it with other circuits such as op-amp, you may use attached TINA model. You can download TINA Spice simulator on ti.com

If you want to model the digital input and signal integrity, you may want to use the input capacitance spec on the datasheet as the input bus model.
