Single lead precision ECG

Hi, I was guided to this forum by one of the TI engineers.  I am trying to build a reliably precise single lead ECG with grounding of the subject via a right leg drive. Basically I was trying to use the TI reference design

http://www.ti.com/lit/an/sprab36b/sprab36b.pdf .

I wanted to modify this in my way by using just the circuitry for lead I and feeding it to oscilloscope. However, I cannot understand where the RLD goes into the greater scheme of things. Can anyone please help me by giving me the schematic of such a circuit. The circuit as I see it should be just like the one given on page 23 (using a INAMP and OPAMP) and incorporating the right legged drive.
