LM97600 ADC input frequency greater than 1.5GHz

Hi, the LM97600 ADC is able to have a maximum interleaved sampling rate of 5GHz. In the specification, the full power 3dB bandwidth is 1.3GHz. There are also plots for ENOB, SNR and SFDR up to 1.5GHz. Does the input frequency performance roll-off drastically after 1.5GHz, or is it still usable to say 2.5GHz will some linear degradation in performance? Are there any plots or tests above 1.5GHz to give an indication of the ADC's performance?

My expectation is that SNR, ENOB and SFDR will degrade somewhat linearly (in dB) beyond 1.5 GHz.

Unfortunately I haven't found any data taken above 1.5 GHz input frequency, presumably due to the significant signal attenuation beyond that frequency.

    Best regards,
