MTBF/FIT rate

I’m would like to obtain the FIT/MTBF including test reference temperature and test environment for the mentioned parts as shown below.

    Good afternoon Nick. FIT rates are generally available on our external Web site in the product folder. Normally its in two places for EP product, the reliability report and under DPPM in the quality section but the latter information is not populated in this case, for some reason. I'll check into that. But the reliability report under "more literature" has what you want, I think. It lists FIT rate and conditions.

    For EP product the reliability report may  differ from the DPPM number because the reliability report is specific to that product's wafer fab, and technology. The external Ti DPPM number is generic for all wafer fabs and is not process node specific.

    MTBF is simply the reciprical of FIT.
