LM97600 RB difficulty in operating the evaluation hard+software

We designing a system around LM97600, our own boards are not back yet, but we have the evaluation board. The board and the software formally run, but if we apply an input signal, like 100 MHz, 0dBm, we do not see any sine wave in the received data. We tried many different options, and settings, but so far we have not been able to operate the board correctly.

Who can help us to identify our mistake?

    Hi David

    Can you confirm that the Wavevision 5 software is properly recognizing the LM97600RB board and downloading the" LM97600 FPGA Image" to the board?

    After that happens, make sure that you open the Registers panel on the right side and click on the "Sync Req" button near the bottom. This triggers the FPGA and ADC to synchronize the serial data link. If successful, the ByteAlign and ChanAlign status values will all change to 1111111111,1111111111.

    At this point data can be captured and displayed in the Time, Frequency or Histogram displays. Make sure you are applying the signal to the VIN1+/- inputs, or have configured the ADC mode to the input you are using. Clicking on the "F" icons near the bottom left of the display will zoom the display to Full in X and/or Y axes.

    Please let me know if you are able to get the data link synchronized and see the data you are expecting.
